Working with Helen has been amazing! You can sense her passion for health and wellness within a few minutes of speaking with her. The knowledge she teaches you is so inspiring that it motivates you to keep on going until you reach your goals. The biggest lesson I learned while working with Helen was the importance of protein, I’ve struggled with not eating enough protein and as soon as I increased my protein intake I saw major results in weight loss and also muscle growth!

Helen also helped me cut down on dairy which was always difficult for me to do in the past. Not only did I see results in weight loss but also my acne cleared up! Although the physical results have been great the best thing about working with Helen is the knowledge you learn from her, because of her I am more aware of the ingredients I consume and spread the knowledge to my loved ones.

My name is Michelle & I have struggled with weight & dieting for almost 15 years. I’ve tried all the fad diets advertised & although I would lose some weight, I would gain it all back plus some. After all these years of struggling, starving myself, binging, it came to the point that I didn’t know how to eat, as silly as that may sound. I felt lost, I felt ashamed, I felt that there was no hope for me. That is until I was fortunate enough to hear about “The Ketopractor”. I have to thank my daughter, who shared my struggles with Helen & she was so kind to want to speak with me. We set up a call & I cannot tell you how Helen inspired me, what she taught me, just by having that phone call. I knew nothing about nutrition, I had no idea the harmful ingredients in so many foods that I have become addicted to from a child up. She gave me so much information & helped me understand the importance of healthy eating, & not “dieting” by this being a lifestyle change that I would be able to continue doing for the rest of my life. Not only would I be eating healthy & losing weight, I would feel better mentally & physically, & I would get the confidence back that I haven’t had in a very long time.
She shared some recipes & cookbooks to check out, as I was one who would eat out a lot. But by making foods from scratch with healthy ingredients, I would know exactly what I would be putting in my body. She talked about the importance of Collagen, which I began taking & it has really made a difference with how my body and joints feel.
I am a very picky eater & although I am set in my ways with eating certain foods, I have begun trying new things that I would never eat before, which is a big step for me. I started working out, which I have always hated, but I am starting with shorter workouts & have more energy to do so & I’m actually enjoying them. I have lost 5 pounds so far, lost inches in many parts of my body, & I’m feeling so good not only physically, but mentally as well.
I know I have a long way to go but I’m taking it one day at a time, one step at a time. And I couldn’t have done any of this without the help from Helen. She continues to inspire me everyday & I enjoy seeing the informative posts she shares on Instagram. Nobody has every explained things to me like she has & because of her, I have a better understanding of nutrition, health, & making sure what I’m putting in my body is good for me and fueling my body, not hurting it.
I would recommend Helen to anyone & everyone! You will not find a more kinder, caring, intelligent woman who sincerely is doing this to help others because she truly cares about your health. I could not have done this without her and I feel so blessed to have found her & now consider her, not only a coach, but as a friend.❤️
