Easy low carb Chocolate fudge

Here is a sweet treat that you can have & not feel deprived.

BUT…don’t overdo it!

This fudge is so good but so addictive!

EASY CHOCOLATE FUDGE

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/4 cup creamy almond butter
  • 2 × 4oz 100% cacao baking chocolate bars
  • 3 4 cup swerve
  • 3 scoops @jayrobbprotein vanilla egg white protein powder
  • 70 grams sugar free chocolate chips (@lilys_sweets or @lakanto brand)
  • 2 scoops @vitalproteins unflavored collagen

DIRECTIONS:

  1. In a medium sized bowl, melt your chocolate & chocolate chips in the microwave in 30 second intervals. After each interval, you’ll want to mix well.
  2. Combine your almond butter, swerve, protein powder & collagen with your 
  3. melted chocolate until your fudge forms.
  4. Place a parchment paper in a glass container & pour the fudge over that and refrigerate for 30 mins until it firms up. Voila Enjoy!
