Easy low carb Chocolate fudge
Here is a sweet treat that you can have & not feel deprived.
BUT…don’t overdo it!
This fudge is so good but so addictive!
EASY CHOCOLATE FUDGE
INGREDIENTS:
- 1/4 cup creamy almond butter
- 2 × 4oz 100% cacao baking chocolate bars
- 3 4 cup swerve
- 3 scoops @jayrobbprotein vanilla egg white protein powder
- 70 grams sugar free chocolate chips (@lilys_sweets or @lakanto brand)
- 2 scoops @vitalproteins unflavored collagen
DIRECTIONS:
- In a medium sized bowl, melt your chocolate & chocolate chips in the microwave in 30 second intervals. After each interval, you’ll want to mix well.
- Combine your almond butter, swerve, protein powder & collagen with your
- melted chocolate until your fudge forms.
- Place a parchment paper in a glass container & pour the fudge over that and refrigerate for 30 mins until it firms up. Voila Enjoy!
