Sautéed Mushrooms
-16 oz large brown mushrooms sliced
-1 tbs olive oil
-I tbs butter (use buttered flavored Coconut oil if dairy free)
-1 tbs coconut aminos
-pinch dry thyme
-2 garlic cloves minced
-Add oil & butter to the pan over medium high heat. Then quickly toss the sliced Mushrooms with the coconut aminos in a large bowl (don’t toss ahead of time or mushrooms will absorb all the moisture)
-Add mushrooms to the hot pan and toss to coat with the oil mixture. Do not stir or touch them for 5 min. then add garlic & thyme And continue cooking for 3-4 min. or until they start to get a little crunchy stirring occasionally. Season with salt & pepper to taste.
