INGREDIENTS
- 1 & 1/2 pounds of Brussels Sprouts, shredded
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 Tablespoons nutritional yeast
- Drizzle of Balsamic vinegar
INSTRUCTIONS
- You can buy already shredded Brussels sprouts or you can buy the Brussels sprouts and cut the ends off, rinse them, then either place them in a food processor on pulse. Or shred them using a sharp knife.
- Heat a large skillet or frying pan on medium heat and add in the butter. Once melted, add in the garlic, salt, red pepper flakes & Brussels sprouts. Toss to coat them.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until they just start to get slightly browned.
- Remove from the heat and stir in the nutritional yeast & then add a drizzle of balsamic vinegar.
