Turkey Meat Loaf

TURKEY MEATLOAF 

-2 pounds lean ground  turkey 

-1 cup baby, Bella mushrooms

-1/4 cup onion

-2 tablespoons yellow mustard 

-1 large egg white

-3 teaspoons sea salt 

-1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

-1 teaspoon cumin

-1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes 

INSTRUCTIONS: 

Preheat oven to 350°F 

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Use your hands to combine ingredients easier. 

Press the mixture into a loaf pan lined with parchment paper. 

Bake for 45-55 minutes or until temperature reaches 165°F.


Serve with Yiayia’s Briami (Grandma’s Greek roasted veggies)
