EASY PROTEIN SPARING BREAD (recipe from Maria Emmerich)
-1 & 1/2 cups unflavored egg white protein powder
-1/4 cup allulose
-1 teaspoon Redmonds real salt
-1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
-1 & 1/2 cups water
Preheat oven to 325°F. Grease a bread pan with avocado oil spray & set aside.
Place all the ingredients except water in your stand mixer and stir well. Add the water and turn the mixture to high for about 5 to 10 minutes until stiff peaks form. Use a spatula to place the mixture into the greased pan.
Bake for 30 minutes or until cook thoroughly and golden brown. Remove from oven and cool completely before slicing.
