5 minute Crispy Salmon

Remove your salmon from the refrigerator & let stand on counter covered for 30 minutes before cooking.

Heat your frying pan with 1/4 cup of olive oil or avocado oil on medium high heat. 

While the oil is heating up, pat dry the salmon with a paper towel. 

Once oil starts smoking. sprinkle the skin generously with salt & place the salmon skin down in the frying pan. 

Once you place it in the pan, don’t touch it. Leave it alone & set a timer for 4 minutes then flip it over just for 30 seconds then it’s done. 

Voilà!! Enjoy!
