…Preheat oven to 425 degrees
…3lbs of ground chicken breast (you can use ground chicken thigh also)
…1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
…1 egg + 2 egg whites
… 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/2 teaspoon of oregano, 1/2 teaspoon of chili pepper flakes
…mix all together in a large bowl with your hands.
… Place parchment paper on pizza pans or cookie sheets & spray with avocado spray. ( I use 3 cookie sheets)
… Separate the mix into 3 & Form & spread the crust VERY THIN (the thinner the better)
… cook for 20-25 min
…once ready, remove from oven & add pizza sauce or marinara sauce & your favorite toppings
Ex: mozzarella cheese, * (If dairy free use mykonos cashew milk mozzarella cheese or nutritional yeast)
olives, red peppers, turkey pepperoni, mushrooms, lean ham
Place back in oven & cook for another 10-15 min. until cheese is melted & it’s golden brown on top.
