-2lbs chicken breast cut into cubes (you can use chicken thighs also) -1 teaspoon black pepper -1 teaspoon chili powder -1 teaspoon garlic salt -1 teaspoon onion powder -1 teaspoon paprika -2 tablespoons olive oil
INSTRUCTIONS: Cut up your chicken breasts into cubes and place the cubes in a large bowl. Mix all of the spices in a little bowl and then add them to your chicken along with the olive oil. Mix all together with your hands. Put your chicken through the bamboo skewers. You can Air fry or you can BBQ them. If you are using the air fryer, preheat to 400° then cook for 10 minutes then flip them over and cook for another 10 minutes until thoroughly cooked.
HOME MADE SWEET CHILI SAUCE (sauce recipe credit @mariaemmerich)
* 1 cup tomato sauce * 1/3 cup Allulose or other sweetener * 1/4 cup white vinegar * 2 teaspoons onion powder * 1 teaspoon sea salt * 1 teaspoon lemon juice * 2 drops stevia glycerite (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS: Whisk all the ingredients together in a small saucepan. * Place over medium heat. * When mixture begins to bubble reduce heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes. * Cover and cool.
