-2lbs cooked salad shrimp
-1/2 cup diced red onion
-1/2 cup diced cherry tomatoes
-2 Avocados diced
-1/4 cup chopped cilantro
-2 Tbsp. lime juice
-2 Tbsp. olive oil
-1 +1/2 tsp. Himalayan salt
-1/2 teaspoon pepper
-1/2 teaspoon cumin
-dash of cayenne pepper
Place all ingredients in a bowl and stir gently until combined.
You can serve it immediately or place it in the refrigerator for up to 2 hours for all the flavors to mesh together. Spoon into a dessert glass or a margarita glass and Voilà!
