Easy chicken salad

EASY CHICKEN SALAD

-32 ounces of chicken breast 

-6 tablespoons avocado mayonnaise 

-3/4 cup yellow mustard

-3/4 teaspoon garlic salt

-3/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

-Dash of Frank’s hot sauce, (optional)

Boil the chicken, frozen or thawed in a big pot of water.

 Make sure the chicken is covered with the water and let it come to a boil on medium high heat. 

Once boiled, lower the heat and let boil for about 30 minutes or until the internal temperature is 165°F.

In a large bowl, shred the chicken and add a little bit of the broth that was in the pot while it was boiling. 

Add all other ingredients to the bowl  and mix it all together.  

You can eat it with cut up cucumbers, bell peppers or celery or you can enjoy it in a Crepini or egglife wrap
