Easy chicken soup with a High Protein Wrap

Here is how I made both..
HIGH PROTEIN WRAP Ingredients *1 Cup cottage cheese (2%) *2 eggs OR 2 egg whites (1/3 cup) *2 tablespoons gelatin powder. This holds it together better. I use @furtherfood *1 /2 tsp garlic powder *1/2 tsp onion powder *1/2 tsp oregano *1/4 tsp salt *coconut oil spray or avocado oil spray *parchment paper Directions: Pre-heat the oven to 375°F Line a baking pan with parchment paper and spray the pan with coconut oil or avocado oil. You can use a round pan or a square pan. I used a square pan. Set aside Add the cottage cheese, eggs, gelatin and spices in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Pour the mixture into the pan and spread it out making sure it’s nice and evenly distributed. Place it in the oven at 375°F for 30-40 minutes or until golden. Remove from the oven and let cool for about 20-30 minutes. Gently peel off the parchment paper, flip over and fill it with whatever you want. I filled my wrap with some ham, mustard and a touch of mayo but you can fill it with whatever you want like pickles, avocados, olives, chicken, cream cheese etc. voilà enjoy!! 🥰
EASY CHICKEN SOUP (serves about 6-8) *4 chicken drumsticks *2 whole garlic cloves *2 stalks of celery cleaned & cut in half *1 medium carrot *1 medium onion cut in half or 1 leek cut in half *3/4 tsp. Salt *1/2 tsp. Oregano *1/2 tsp. Black pepper *juice of 1 lemon Fill a large pot with water 3/4 of the way full. Place on medium high heat and let the water boil. Once it’s boiled put in your drumsticks and the rest of your ingredients except the lemon juice. Lower heat to medium. Allow chicken to boil for about 1 hour. Note: if water gets too low, then boil some water in a kettle and add the hot water to the broth in the pot. Once you see the chicken is done, remove chicken from pot, place in a bowl and set aside to cool for a little. Take remaining ingredients out of the pot and add to blender with a little bit of the broth from the pot. Blend until smooth and add back to the pot. Lower the heat. Remove the chicken from the bones and add chicken to pot add lemon juice and remove from heat.
