GARLIC CHICKEN LITTLES
- 2 tablespoons avocado oil
- 2 pounds chicken breast
- 1 large onion
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 of a bell pepper
- 1 &1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon chili pepper flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 2 cups organic chicken broth & 1/4 cup extra for later
- 1/4 cup fire roasted salsa
- 6 large brown mushrooms chopped –
- 4 organic basil & cracked black pepper smoked chicken sausages chopped.
On medium heat, sauté chicken in avocado oil for about 5 min. then add onion, garlic & spices & stir well. Add marinara sauce & bone broth & mix thoroughly. Add sausages, bell pepper, salsa, mushrooms & the extra 1/4 cup bone broth & stir well. Let simmer for 30 minutes.
Serve over cauliflower rice or zucchini noodles.
