INGREDIENTS: -3 garlic cloves -1 onion -1 red bell pepper -2 small zuchini -1 jalapeño -Fresh oregano, dill, and mint (if you don’t have any fresh, just add a teaspoon of the dried version of each) -3 lbs ground turkey -2 lbs ground beef -4 chicken sausage ( I used the smoked mozzarella & artichoke kind, but you can use any kind) -1 x 28 ounce jar of Raos marinara sauce -2 cups chicken bone broth -1 & 1/2 tsp. each of salt, pepper, chili powder -1/2 tsp. Chili pepper flakes
INSTRUCTIONS: Turn on your slow cooker to low. Add your meat to your slow cooker then chop up the chicken sausage into small pieces and add to your slow cooker. Chop up all of your veggies, herbs, onion and garlic and add them to your slow cooker. *I use my food processor to chop up everything! 😉 Add in the marinara sauce, bone broth and spices. Cover and let cook for 5-6 hrs. Then remove the lid and let it continue to cook until some of the juice has reduced to your liking. *you can always make less. I make a lot for leftovers or to freeze. If using a stove top, start sautéing the meat on medium to low heat first until brown then add all ingredients and let simmer until the juices are reduced. Voilà! Enjoy! 🥰
