These kebabs are herby, perfectly spiced, and come together fast. Ideal for busy weeknights, meal prep, or feeding a crowd. Don’t skip the creamy tahini sauce!
Kebab Ingredients: • 2 lb ground beef, ground turkey, or ground chicken (or a beef + turkey mix) • 1 small white onion, grated • 3 garlic cloves, minced • ¼ cup fresh dill, chopped • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped • 2 tbsp tomato paste • ½ tsp salt • Pinch black pepper • 1 tsp oregano • ½ tsp cumin • 1 tbsp smoked paprika • 1 tsp coriander • ¼ tsp cinnamon
Tahini Sauce: • ⅓ cup tahini • Juice of 1 lemon • 1 garlic clove, crushed • ¼ cup cold water (more as needed) • ¼ tsp salt
Instructions: 1️⃣ Preheat oven to 425°F 2️⃣ Mix all kebab ingredients in a large bowl 3️⃣ Press evenly onto a greased sheet pan (½–¾ inch thick) 4️⃣ Score into kebabs (don’t cut through) 5️⃣ Bake for ~20 minutes 6️⃣ Whisk tahini sauce until creamy add more water if needed to get to your desired consistency. 7️⃣ and voilà enjoy🥰
Serve in an almond flour or egglife wrap with tahini, tomatoes, and lettuce or enjoy as is. Also delicious with tzatziki 🤍
