Shrimp Burgers

SHRIMP BURGERS
INGREDIENTS: -2 eggs, lightly beaten -2 pounds shrimp (raw peeled and deveined) -1/4 cup chopped green onion -1 teaspoon grated lemon zest -1 teaspoon smoked paprika -1 teaspoon Himalayan salt -1/2 teaspoon black pepper -2 cloves garlic
DIRECTIONS: Preheat the oven to 375°F Using a cutting board, chop the shrimp into very small pieces. Place the shrimp and the rest of the ingredients into a large bowl and mix thoroughly. Spray hands with avocado oil and form into 12 equal patties. (use spray because your hands get a bit sticky) Place them on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for about 10 minutes or until shrimp is cooked through. Voilà! Enjoy! 🥰
