Yiayia B’s Greek Lemon Potatoes (sans potatoes)

Yiayia B’s Greek Lemon Potatoes: (sans potatoes)😃 -4 medium / large rutabagas -1/2 cup olive oil -1/2 cup fresh lemon juice -3/4 cup chicken broth -4 cloves garlic crushed -1 +1/2 teaspoon oregano -1 teaspoon paprika -1 teaspoon salt -1/2 teaspoon pepper
Peel the rutabagas and cut them into quarters & place in baking dish. Mix oil, lemon juice, chicken broth, garlic, oregano, paprika & salt & pepper & pour over the rutabagas. Cover with parchment paper and foil on top. Bake at 450°F for 1 hr +1/2 or until fork tender. Remove the parchment paper & foil and bake on broil setting until rutabagas are crispy and liquid is almost gone. Voilà! Enjoy!
