Pumpkin spice chocolate chip loaf

If you love pumpkin everything but want to keep it low-carb… this one’s for you.

My Pumpkin Spice Chocolate Chip Loaf is soooo delicious!! 🍂

🎃 Pumpkin Spice Chocolate Chip Loaf 🍞 

Ingredients:
1 & 1/4 cups almond flour
2 tbsp coconut flour
1 cup pumpkin purée + extra 1/3 cup 
2 large eggs
1/2 cup monk fruit or allulose
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp pumpkin spice
1/4 cup of 85% dark chocolate bar chopped (for topping) Or sugar-free chocolate chips 
1 scoop vanilla protein powder 

Instructions: 
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix until smooth. (You can use a whisk) 
3. Pour into a greased, lined with parchment paper Loaf pan
4. Sprinkle chocolate on top.
5. Bake for about 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
6. Let cool completely and slice. 

 *6 grams of protein in each slice 😉
