Crustless Quiche

INGREDIENTS: …4 eggs + 8 egg whites or 12 eggs ..A little less than 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk or cashew milk ..1/4 cup Parmesan, mozzarella or cheddar cheese ( if dairy free use 2 Tablespoons of nutritional yeast) ..6 ounces ham diced …1/2 teaspoon onion powder ..1/2 teaspoon paprika … 1/2 teaspoon salt …dash of fresh pepper
*You can add bell peppers, mushrooms, zuchini or any other veggie to change it up if you want.
INSTRUCTIONS: Preheat oven to 350°F & Grease your Bundt pan well with avocado oil spray or coconut oil spray. Pour all your ingredients in a food processor & pulse it or whisk by hand then pour into pan. Bake for 30-45 minutes depending on your oven or until butter knife comes out clean when you insert it into the quiche. I cut 14 pieces out of it & you can have 2-3 per serving. Voilà! Enjoy!
